Stop Starting Over.
Start Getting Results.
Serkit is built around progressive overload. It remembers every set you have done and works out what to lift next, so you walk up to the bar already knowing the number.
- Free forever, no card
- Works offline, no account
- Runs in your browser. Nothing to download
You Already Train Hard.
Serkit Makes Progressive Overload Effortless.
The Forgetter
You get under the bar and think... “was that 185 or 190 last week?” So you take the safe number. Six weeks of that and you have trained hard for nothing.
The Spreadsheet Keeper
Your log works, and you hate using it. Typing on a phone between sets, scrolling to find the right tab. And it still won’t tell you what you did on this variant, in this round.
Serkit handles the part you keep losing track of.

Other apps show what you lifted last time you did “bench press.” Serkit shows what you lifted last time you did bench press in this routine, on this variant, in this round, for this set.
You’re Training Before You Finish Reading This
No account, no email, no card. Tap Start Freeform Workout and log your first set. Build a proper routine later, when you feel like it.
Open It
Go to app.serkit.co in any browser and you’re in. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like every other app on your phone.
Build a Routine, or Don’t
Pick from 389 exercises or add your own. Organise into blocks, set your rest times. A few minutes, and only when you want the structure.
Beat Last Time
Every set shows what you did in this exact spot last time. You don’t have to remember anything, or decide anything.
Everything You Need.
Nothing You Don't.
Powerful features designed for real training. No bloat. No social feeds. Just tools that help you get stronger.
Context-Aware Progress Tracking
Serkit doesn't just remember what you lifted. It remembers the exact context: which routine, which block, which round, which set. So your heavy squat day and light squat day maintain separate progress histories.
- See your history at a glance Your previous weight and reps appear right when you need them, on every plan
- Multi-round awareness Circuit training? Each round tracks separately
- Safe routine changes Reorganize exercises without losing progress data
- Smart Progression Reads your last few sessions and calls it: add weight, add reps, or deload
Build Any Workout You Can Imagine
From simple strength programs to complex periodization. Serkit adapts to your training style, not the other way around.
- Multi-variant routines Pro Heavy day and light day in one routine. Schedule each variant on its own day, or pick which one you're running when you start.
- Session-only modifications Swap exercises today without changing your saved routine
- Freeform workout mode Start without a plan, add exercises as you go, save as routine later
- Blocks and circuits Organize exercises into blocks with their own rest periods and rounds
Training that keeps you accountable
Set clear expectations for your training, then track how well you follow through. The schedule flexes when life does, without losing momentum.
- Recurring schedules, free "Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday" or "every 3 days". Both are included on the free plan
- Quota scheduling Pro "3 a week, any days" or "3 in any 7 days". Hit the number without the calendar picking your days
- Completion tracking See what you completed, skipped, or made up late, and stay honest with yourself
- Reminders on your terms Push reminders at a time you choose, resolved in your own timezone
Stay in the Zone, Start to Finish
Whether you're holding a stretch, resting between heavy sets, or flowing through a mobility routine, the timer keeps you moving without watching the clock.
- Perfect for timed holds Stretching, planks, mobility work. Set your duration and focus on the movement
- Optional auto-progression through exercises Flow from one movement to the next automatically. Ideal for yoga and flexibility routines
- Customizable rest periods Heavy lifting needs longer rest; supersets need quick transitions. Set each rest differently
- Screen stays on Glance at your phone mid-stretch without fumbling to wake it up
See What You Can’t Feel Yet
Volume, frequency, estimated 1RM trends and personal records are free. Pro Analytics adds the reads you cannot do by eye, like a lift that has quietly stopped moving or a push/pull imbalance building up.
- Plateau detection Flags a lift that has stopped moving, before you notice it yourself
- Optimal rest per exercise Your own logged rest times, matched against how the following set actually went
- Balance warnings Catches push/pull and upper/lower drift before tilted programming turns into an injury
- Estimated 1RM trends Per-exercise strength curves built from every working set you have logged
Real Accountability That Works
The difference between people who reach their goals and people who quit is usually someone who notices. Connect with a coach, or coach others yourself.
- Being coached is free Accept your coach’s invite code and you’re connected. No subscription needed on your side
- Coaching others is Pro Pro Send routines and schedules straight to a client’s account, no screenshots or copy-paste
- See the real numbers Every set, rep and PR as they log it, including a live view while a session is in progress
- Feedback where the work happened Comment on a specific workout instead of losing it in a chat scroll
- You control the access Choose what a coach can do, change it, or disconnect. Access is revoked immediately
Intelligent Guidance That Knows You
Not generic advice from the internet. An AI that has read every workout you've ever logged, knows your weak points, and gives specific recommendations based on your own training history.
- Context-aware suggestions Ask "what weight for squats today?" and get an answer based on your actual recent performance
- Plateau detection Spots when you're stuck and recommends specific strategies to break through
- Mid-workout answers Get help during your session, not before or after
- Sharper the longer you use it More logged history means more for the coach to reason over. Your data is never used to train a model

Why I built Serkit
I got tired of fitness apps that cared more about social feeds than about the things people who actually train need. Progressive overload was always the thing they had built least.
So I started building my own, working out in my garage gym at home. It grew from there over time. Eventually I showed it to other people struggling with the same problem and they talked me into making it a real product.
It is still built the way I wanted it for myself. No feed, no streaks, no one trying to keep you on your phone. Just your training.

Is Serkit an app I download?
No. Serkit runs in your browser. Go to app.serkit.co and you can start straight away. On a phone you can add it to your home screen, and after that it opens full screen with its own icon like any installed app. There is nothing to find in an app store and nothing to update.
Do I need an account?
Not to train. Open it and start logging, and your data stays on your device. Create a free account when you want it to follow you across devices. Syncing is free too.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, from Settings, in one tap. Export All Data gives you a JSON file with every routine, workout and set you have logged, and the matching Import brings it back. It costs nothing and it is not a Pro feature.
What happens to my training log if Serkit stops?
It stays where it already is, on your device and in whatever export you have taken. That is why the export is free and unrestricted.
Does it work without internet?
Completely. Every part of the app works offline, including starting and logging a full session. If you have an account, your changes sync the next time you have a connection.
What does the free plan actually limit?
Routines. You get up to 5 on the free plan. Your workout history is never cut off, the exercise library is complete, custom exercises are unlimited, and the whole app works offline. Pro adds the features listed above.
